I’ve never had a more rude experience during a 2 minute phone call in my life. I wasn’t even sure this was a business from the way the woman answered the phone. The first thing she said to me was an insult and she couldn’t even help me with information on a part of what they do for clients. This doesn’t seem like a legitimate business from my experience. Choose another company to handle your needs. UPDATE response to owners- I was not unhappy about being asked to be a witness at a trial and never said anything to elude to that. I sent you a letter as you included a check for my appearance (one day) and I was there 3 days. I was wondering about the 2 additional days compensation. I called since I did not receive a response to my letter. You did not respond to my letter, made an insulting response to my letter when I called, didn’t have a clue where to direct me and now make a response to my review trying to make me look like I was just unhappy with being a witness. Your response is probably not what is going to get you more business. Again, this doesn’t appear to be a company to do business with.

I anticipate utilizing their services in the future regarding any and all legal matters.
