If I could give -5 review, I would. They were paid to serve a party summons for State Supreme Court in Niagara County. They purport to have served the party, and emailed a copy of the service. Niagara County does not accept emailed copies. I repeatedly asked them to provide me the original ASAP, they said they would mail it, but never did. I had to hire a real process server. I suspect they never served the documents and that's why they failed to produce the affidavit. UPdate - I told them I'm reversing the charge and then the affidavit was mailed to me, however it did not bear the same signature as the one emailed to me. I paid them to serve another party who moved from the local address. I acquired the new address, which is out of state, asked them to mail the notice, and they claim it isn't legal to do so. I had to provide the the NY law that said it is legal, and they argued with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS

Called on behalf of a client. Lady I spoke with was very rude for some reason when I inquired about rush fees vs non-rush fees. Will be bringing the firm's business elsewhere.

I had to have my grandsons father served for back child support and because he lives in a different county, the Niagara County court couldn't serve him, it was up to me. In the past his girlfriend would say he didn't live there so I had to come up with an alternative plan. I hired WNY Process and couldn't be happier! Service was great and reasonable. I see so many positive reviews. I disagree I live out of the county and have called multiple times and still nobody has called me back and given me the answers I need. They had no problem taking a payment but can’t respond to me accordingly. I don’t like how I’ve been treated thus far. It makes me wonder about their credibility

Jacqueline is very quick to respond and highly organized. I don't often need process service, but when I do, I'll be calling WNY Process Service.

We use WNY Process Service almost exclusively at my firm. Jackie and her servers are tenacious - when I need personal service on a tenant or on a will beneficiary, they deliver. And they have typically quick turnarounds on affidavits. We recommend them to other attorneys and look forward to continuing to use them in the future!

Very unpleasant experience with the owner. Response to owners response below: Amazing how you find the time to respond to my review but don't have the time to call me back or respond to my email. Your account is not at all accurate. You were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. You telling me to take my business elsewhere was great advice. I contacted another company and was treated with utmost respect and they listened to my situation.
