WNY Process Service was professional, efficient, and inexpensive. I loved that all I had to do was email them a pdf of my paperwork and they took it from there. They also kept me updated from beginning to end.

This is the best process server for cases in the Western District of New York. We have used several dozen times, and she is persistent and nearly always manages to successfully serve, even when other process servers would just give up. The prices are fair and the serves are swift. The process server will often provide photos and useful information about the locations in question, which is very useful later in the case.

WNY Process Service was very candid and transparent with the realities of the work and services they perform. Plenty of organizations will attempt to draw more and more money from their clients, but WNY was up front about their abilities, their limits, and what would be best for us and our legal needs.
