With the difficulties that I’m having due to my illness, the process to apply for social security disability was overwhelming. I’m so thankful that I had chosen Carol to represent me. Carol personally handles your case from start to finish and acts as your liaison with the social security administration. Her knowledge of the SSD claims system is extensive and she has a genuine compassion for guiding her clients through this complex process to give them a better chance to be approved for benefits. She helped me by gathering all the vital information and records required for my case. She also filled out the necessary documents and submitted them to the SSA on my behalf. I was kept informed every step of the way and was always treated with respect and kindness. Carol makes herself accessible & accommodating. after I lost my lost my social security case and the appeal. my previous attorney felt that his office could not represent me anymore.
