I had some issues with obtaining a security clearance in the past and when my dream job offered me a position contingent upon my ability to get a clearance, I reached out to the firm for help. Tony was very attentive to my needs and provided clear, concise, and timely advice. It was reassuring to have someone so knowledgable available for a consult while I went through the clearance process. At the end of the day it was a success! The clearance was obtained. I hired Anthony after an altercation I had with security guards and Law Enforcement. I thought for sure my 23 year military career was going to come crashing down. I was facing 7 pretty serious charges. After my very first conversation with Anthony he was able to give me hope. Anthony was able to get all but 1 charge dropped and got me into a program that once I complete that 1 charge gets dropped from a criminal offence down to a violation. not only did he represent me in the civil court he represented me through the military process as well. In the end the military did not peruse any charges and I was able to retire on time under honorable conditions. he is an extremely great person to have fighting for you and his prices are unbelievable. I would have happily paid 3 or 4 times the about he charged me. If you are looking for a great attorney, you are in luck!! This is your guy!!

This is my first experience working with a law firm over an occupational matter, but I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and consideration given to my particular circumstance. Eric Duncan and Kimberly Guerrero were my attorney’s for my administrative matter in the military. He was patient with my concerns and very informative. I had an intricate case involving a security clearance suspension after a polygraph. A few weeks after submitting the documents, my clearance was reinstated and shortly after I received a full employment offer from a federal agency. Tony is a true professional. This is the time of year when we reflect on the past twelve months and how we were affected by our actions and those of others.
