My sister and I accompanied my parents to a Consultation with Dan regarding an overview of my parents' Wills, POAs and Health Care Proxies. Dan was very knowledgeable and was able to explain more recent laws that warranted some changes on my parents' documents. We then hired him to make the revisions. He had drafts completed by the end of the day and we were able to meet with him a week later to review and have the forms signed. Dan made it a painless process for my parents.

Recently, after 26 years of marriage I went through a devastating divorce. From the moment I contacted Attorney Schuller, he put my mind at ease that he would handle my case with my best interest in mind and help me understand all that was ahead of me. He was true to his word and explained extremely difficult concepts easily so I could understand. He was professional and empathetic to my situation and was willing to work around my schedule anytime I needed to meet with him. Any phone calls I made were immediately returned as well as any correspondence with my ex-husband’s attorney. During negotiations, he was respectful, fair and reflective with all parties involved. Mr. Schuller’s main interest is to end a difficult situation as quickly and amicably as possible. He truly cares about his clients—that was clearly evident through his kind words and sound advice. I left a marriage and my East Aurora home without legal representation. Our separation and divorce agreement was managed by my husband's attorney. My payout for the equity in the marital home was to be sent to Dan. At the end, it was considerably more than I expected, and enough for me to buy my own home. But ultimately it's not just than the bottom line one should consider in a tough legal situation, it's also the peace of mind that comes with a really good lawyer. Dan Schuller is that really good lawyer.
