Matthew was instrumental in dealing with some issues that were presented by US Immigration to my attention. At one time I was married to a USA Citizen, which I had a son born with. i lived in the USA and was issued a Green Card, which was issued in my name as a US Resident. we divorced after 11 years of marriage together and I subsequently moved back to Canada, where I had lived for the most of life. I still traveled to the US for business and to see my son over the years and at one point while entering the US, Immigration seized my green card, due to me no longer officially residing in the USA , due to the fact that you must reside as a green card holder, at 60% of the time, which I did not. This is when the legal aspect of this came into play. I will not get into this detail for this review. at this point I hired Matthew and his team to represent me in this legal proceeding, Mathew and his team explained to me the process in detail on what action had to take place. my objective was to still retain access to the USA for business and to see my son at any given time. Matthew explained to me the approach he would take with immigration, to insure I would still have my cross border access in tact. To summarize the outcome in this proceeding: Mathew and his team were diligent in communication with me through out the entire process. He was present for all court appearances. He presented our case to US Immigration and was able to convince Immigration to retain my green car status, which no restrictions or penalties imposed. Thanks to Matthew and his team, my status as it goers, has not changed since losing my green card. I owe this to Matthew and his team for understanding my needs, dealing with it and providing the professional feedback on why this closed out. Matthew had a difficult task to convince CBP to grant my TN Visa, especially since they kept changing the requirements, but showed flexibility and determination to complete the task. Some of the requests from CBP were bordering on ridiculous, but Matthew kept adapting his method to eventually achieve success. I have and will recommend him to others.

Matthew has been my lawyer since 2013 to now. I am so lucky that I found him as my lawyer and will stick with him as his client for possible future cases. He has done my case that I signed a contract with him professionally and he spent plenty of time on my case which I have not heard or seen any other lawyer does that. The results has been good too and we have won any steps of the process so far. The price that he is charging for the case is fairly below the quality of service that you are going to receive from his attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone is looking for real LAWYER.

Words cannot express how my son and I feel about how fortunate and grateful we are that our paths have crossed; and how impressed we are with Matthew Borowski’s sincere interest, compassion, and professionalism.
