After I was hit by an automobile, while walking through a parking lot, I contacted Jed Dietrich. We spoke the next day and he explained what needed to be done. I found talking with him on any occasion through the process, he was very good at explaining everything to me so I could understand the process. I also became familiar with some of his office personnel. I must say, every single person I spoke to knew me, knew my case, and they were all very polite, sympathetic, and well informed. If they didn’t have an answer to any questions I had, they found out and got back to me very quickly! Mr. Dietrich and everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of!
