Mr McKeown was a tremendous help in winning my disability case. He really took the headache out of making sure all the correct paperwork made it to the right hands. Very up to date on what's being looked for so you can focus on what is important to prove your situation to social security. A great asset to have on your team.

Wow! First of all I am DISABLED so I have trouble doing paperwork online and otherwise. This guy DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE RIGHT BIRTH DATE ON MY FORMS, AND FORGOT TO INCLUDE A FORM ENTIRELY! I TOLD HIM SO and unfortunately I also was upset but didn't direct it towards him, just used some colorful language to express how I am in pain and suffering and it would be nice for people to work a bit harder! Do the job? but he can't apparently as he CAN'T DO PAPERWORK PROPERLY. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!

Go find somebody else, we were not at all happy with his service!!!!

If I could give minus 5 stars I would! A simple phone call to inquire on how to possibly proceed with disability claims & Mr. McKeown was appallingly rude & callous in his behavior & responses & had the audacity to actually tell my mother in law, and I quote: you are too old, I can't help you! What an awful thing to say to someone who is sick & struggling to find herself some help. There is a right way & a wrong way to refuse services to someone, THAT was the wrong way. I would not recommend this firm & I will be sure to share our story with everyone I can in hopes that they will not go through the same treatment.

Had the honor of having John represent me in my disability case earlier this year (pre-lockdown). Returns calls in a punctual manner and is very thorough with familiarizing himself even with the little details in your case. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

To begin, the negative review in this thread was written by my very disgruntled ex-husband who lost his case. He participated by phone from out of state. Therefore, his review is NOT accurate. Susan is extremely knowledgeable of the law and will take the time to speak with you to understand your situation and examine your case from every angle. When my child support case went to trial, Susan's questioning laid the groundwork to expose the other side's inconsistent arguments and I won all aspects of my case.

I retained this attorney. He did not advocate for me or did so poorly, and did not keep my informed of the status of my case. More often than not he took days to answer phone calls and emails, or sometimes didn't answer at all. I had to call or email multiple times to obtain important information such as dates and times of hearings. In fact, my very first court hearing had to be rescheduled because my attorney didn't even show up, nor he notify myself or the court. It was humiliating to sit in the court room waiting and being asked by the judge where my attorney was and having to say "I have no idea." The case caused a tremendous financial burden and was dragged out indefinitely, had to practically beg for information regarding updates on my case. He didn't seem to have much concern or compassion for me or my case. If you're looking for a legal advocate who will fight for you, keep looking.
