I strongly recommend Neil Cahn for any and all matrimonial, custodial and family issues. I went through a rather lengthy, complex and messy divorce. Prior to retaining Neil, I wasted a considerable amount of time, money and emotional health on insignificant issues. I felt like there was no hope or end in sight. Neil changed everything. My x-wife’s legal team had one goal - to accumulate as many billable hours as possible. They generated lengthy motion after useless motion, none of which brought us any closer to our divorce. Each of them however played to my emotion and brought me into the fight. I had facts and documentation on my side. The system however is so broken that I could not win these meaningless fights. Time, coin and tears were wasted. I came to Neil emotionally exhausted and my bank accounts were bare. Although we would ultimately argue over significant financial matters, I was broke. He picked apart the Forensic Accountant’s analysis of my earning potential. It was literally something out of Law and Order. The accountant didn’t know which way to turn on the stand. His “expert” analysis was debunked by Neil in open court. This ultimately brought the other side to the table and we each came to terms with a reasonable settlement. I was on the brink of fatherly and financial disaster. Neil turned my case completely around. I shudder to think of where I would be today without having had Neil at my side.
