I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this firm. Ed Palermo is a highly contentious criminal defense attorney and an aggressive litigator. From the time I hired Edward Palermo, I knew I had chosen the right attorney for my DWI case. He is extremely professional, and knowledgeable. His "right hand" Paralegal Bea Alvarez is amazing and is always available to assist and answer any questions. I can't speak highly enough about this firm. If you find yourself in need of an experience attorney, who will make you feel a priority as his only client, this is the one. You will not be disappointed.

In October of 2022 I had the unfortunate experience of being struck by an SUV while walking resulting in an L-4 spinal fracture. Once I was able to, I looked online to see what attorneys might handle my case and looking at references and testimonials. I found the firm of Seiden and Kaufman, and after reading their testimonials and attorney profiles, I decided to give them a call. When I called I was immediately put through to Daniel Seiden of this firm. Within 48 hours he was in my home for a consultation. I was immediately impressed by his warm demeanor. He asked questions about what happened and explained the process and what he thought would happen. I showed him the hospital report and the police report. My wife even took him to see the site of the accident. After I signed some papers, he assured me that he would take care of all paperwork and that I would have to do nothing other than send over any further documentation that I might receive. This turned out to be true. During the upcoming weeks I was able to contact him with questions and provide anything that he asked for. Any time that I called he immediately responded. I never had to wait more than a few hours. His staff is extremely friendly and is a pleasure to talk to. After everything was completed he was able to obtain a settlement that exceeded what I thought would be available. This was also much faster than I anticipated. Of course, every situation is different, but these are my experiences. I wholeheartedly recommend the firm of Seiden and Kaufman in general and Daniel Seiden specifically. I cannot imagine that this could have been handled better. The service and legal help as well as the personal touch at a trying time was first rate. Hopefully, I will never need to, but should the situation arise I would not hesitate to retain them again. Paul Fein.
