Having an issue re: my mother and her broker's potential failings, I contacted their firm and was promptly put through directly to Robert V. He was patient, accommodating and asked all the right questions to guide me through the process of delineating the issue(s) at hand. He knowledge of statutes was not by any means limited to NY, as he understood various specifics about other states and, of course, federally. Robert was also able to shed light on additional angles of our potential case that I had previously not thought of. Most importantly, Robert represented that he was committed to helping us MORE than just flat-out vying to represent us. He gave us legitimate, fair, and honest feedback and advice. If you have a problem with this firm, it's because you weren't being upfront and honest. Two people you don''t lie to YOUR ATTORNEY and YOUR CPA. This firm provided top rate timely service and got the best possible outcome. Can't ask for more than that!
