My entire family and I use Jon B . Felice , Esq. on all our real estate matters for years. He recently closed on my daughters sale which we were thankful for having him represent us as there was an issue during the walk thru that had arisen that he handled very well . He has the experience, the knowledge and is well regarded in the industry. He has a team of associates and paralegals and knows the real estate laws very well. His experience in the market is a plus all around. Hard to find lawyers like him now a days -he's a true gem in my book!

This law firm represented me for my closing. I didn't know anything about his law firm I just picked them by their fees (which by the way were not the lowest) . This is the lousiest real estate law firm you can ever get. If you have to use an attorney, pay a little more and find a good one. I had to wait another month and a half to have the closing done. This because they didn't have all the documents in time (title,co,etc). I called many times and no one returned my calls. They didn't treat me as a client with courtesy and professionalism. Their lack of knowledge, communication, and professionalism resulted in extra cost for my rate that I had to extend and my living expenses at the current place. They even had the nerve to tell me that I cannot close based on the fact that they don't work on certain days that were not even national holidays. Not even for a special situation like the one that I had. I paid another almost $3000 extra because of this firm. AVOID THEM. They don’t care about client's needs.
