Rick was our Att'y for two real estate transactions...a buy and a sell, this past year and we couldn't be more satisfied with the services he and his team provided. One of those transactions was a FSBO, which always seems to place additional responsibility on the Att'y, when there is no realtor involved. Knowledgeable, organized, easy to get in touch with and highly communicative was our experience. One of the things we really appreciated was the sense that Rick would really listen to our approach to these transactions, which was different for each one. We were not highly motivated sellers, but once we sold, we were highly motivated buyers and Rick tailored interactions/negotiations with the other parties accordingly. After this experience, not only would we return to Rick for any future real estate transactions, but now we have that reassuring sense that we have a lawyer for any of our legal needs.
