Great attorney. Bill Shilling was my attorney during the sale of my home. The buyer was extremely irresponsible in continually rescheduling the closing dates resulting in a breach of contract. This was a total disregard for a single mom and her children whom were truly inconvenienced causing a multitude of challenges. Bill Shilling’s excellent knowledge of the law, professionalism and tenacity came into play which resulted in a successful close.

Recently used Mr. Shilling as seller's attorney on a very simple home sale. Many of my calls went unreturned for days, forcing me to call again only to leave yet another message that went unreturned. Mr. Shilling was not informed as to some local rules about who pays for what, I had to call the town myself and correct him. He was not at all proactive in dealing with the buyer's attorney. He allowed days to go by waiting for them to call him back instead of calling or emailing them again proactively. All in all I did not feel well represented or that he was in my corner in the transaction.
