On my return trip from Canada a couple of months ago, I was issued a ticket in Broome county New York for speeding in excess of 20mph. The consequence(s)? The potential suspension of my license/4 points, and/or additional fines. Either of these would have been detrimental, since my employment requires me to drive to work daily. I decided to check online to find an alternative solution, other than having to plead guilty to the traffic violation. After researching several attorneys, I selected Mr. Wagman, based solely on the the online reviews he received. I have no regrets! His staff was professional, explained the entire process, and assured me that they would take care of any filings etc. on my behalf. I was kept informed throughout the entire process via emails and phone calls. I was also required to complete an online defensive driving course. Upon completion of the Broome County Traffic Diversion Program the violation was dismissed. Based on my experience with Mr. Wagman and his staff, I would recommend he for any traffic violation issues.

Your mileage may vary, but Mr. Wagman is transparent on what to expect. In my case, he delivered beyond the expectation he set. If you factor in the cost of the ticket, the "driver responsibility assessment" cost, the increase in your insurance premiums, and the cumulative costs of points, hiring a lawyer for a speeding ticket is almost always the best option.
