My son got what could have been a hefty ticket with a lot of points. Retained Mr Wagman and let him do his job. My son had a small fine and no points. I absolutely recommend this practice. Very simple, easy process and the fee was extremely reasonable.

Mr. Wagman was thorough explaining what to do. My first time being pulled over at age 17 had no idea what to do. I found Mr. Wagman and he walked me through everything and reduced my 4 point speeding violation of 71/55 to a parking violation. I couldnt ask for a better attorney. Communication from him and staff was fast and understandable 5/5 stars highly recommend.

I got a speeding ticket in the Town of Canastota travelling on I-90. I contacted Mr. Wagman for help. After paying a very reasonable fee, not only did I not have to appear in court, but my case was completely dismissed! Excellent service, made exceedingly easy!

I was stopped for speeding and other traffic incidents, and I was looking at least 9 points on my driver's license. By being represented by attorney James Wegman, I could only imagine how low the points were reduced to.
