Mr. Wagman and his firm were responsive, explained the circumstances and potential outcomes to me thoroughly (speeding ticket), and handled all of the details proficiently and efficiently. I certainly hope that I will never need their services again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to engage them again

I found myself out of my depth, legally, with a speeding ticket and New York laws. I called several law offices and Mr. Wagman responded right away. If you get a ticket along I-87 in NY, call Mr. Wagman before you do anything. You'll be glad you did.

I got excellent legal help for my traffic ticket. Original speeding ticket was 90 on 65 hwy which is a 6 point violation. Mr. Wagman got this reduced to 2 points and court fee. I would recommend people to hire attorney if they are loosing 6 or more points in NY State.

I contacted Mr. Wagman's office after receiving a speeding ticket on southbound I-87. Prior to this, I had no experience with how traffic citations worked in New York (confusing to say the least). Mr. Wagman's name came up first and ranked highest after doing a Google search for traffic attorneys in NY. He and his office staff were timely, professional and personable. He took the time to explain to me all of the potential outcomes, what was likely to occur, and what an absolute best case scenario would be. Fast forward a few weeks till after my case moved through the court system, and I received the phone call that a "best case scenario" had occurred, and that my speeding ticket had been reduced to what amounted to a parking ticket. Not only was Mr. Wagman able to bring a better than expected resolution to my situation, he was able to put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. I highly recommend.

Mr. Wagman managed to reduce my 6 point speeding ticket to a 0 point "inadequate/no muffler" violation, which means it doesn't go on my record. When I tell you that I screamed when I got a personal phone call from Mr. Wagman telling me the good news -- I probably blew his ear drums out. I usually don't post reviews about things like this because I'm not proud of getting tickets and other lawyers have failed me before, but Mr. Wagman's team has exceeded all of my expectations.
