Excellent service. needed to discuss old traffic tickets in Upstate NY that were several years outstanding and James Wagman took time out of his busy schedule to talk me through it and he said i didn't need to hire him. Thats excellent service. Another benefit is that the Judge decided to not charge me the fines or surcharges with the ticket! Just the suspension term fee of 70 dollars

I would highly recommend James Wagman, he was able to handle everything without my having to take a day off from work. He was able to reduce my speeding ticket from 8 points to zero.

James truly cares about his clients and was very informative from the beginning. He laid out what he thought was reasonable and how many points he could potentially reduce my ticket. His rate was fair and he accomplished what he set out to do, reducing my traffic ticket by 4 points. I even called him 6 months later to ask him a question and he came back with a response very quickly. I would highly recommend him for his services!

I'm not from the area, received a speeding ticket as I was driving through. The local court told me my presence was mandatory in order to plead not guilty. I called James Wagman's office. They were incredibly professional, outlined my options, managed my expectations and then exceeded expectations. I did not have to appear in court. The speeding and faulty headlight tickets were reduced to a parking ticket. Zero points. I could not be happier with James Wagman and his staff.
