My husband Moshe recently used the services of this law firm to create a basic estate plan for both of us in accordance with Jewish law. As Orthodox Jews, we are aware that wills and medical directives need to conform both with American civil law and Jewish law. We like how this law firm makes estate planning more seamless for the client by using online questionnaires to collect the necessary information. The fees are also very reasonable. We appreciated that Mr. Katz didn't try to sell us any services that weren't necessary for us. On Tuesday morning, May 25, 2021, my husband notified Mr. Katz that he overbilled us in error by $50. Mr. Katz verified the error and refunded the $50 overcharge via Zelle on the same day.

I originally yelped another attorney a few years ago close to home and he stood me up. The the Katz law firm was my next choice and I thank god every day that the first one canceled. Adam Katz from day one has been very helpful and put me at ease with a difficult situation. He has been diligent and always looking out for my best interest. Always available and timely. Mr. Katz is an extremely talented, patient and hardworking attorney. His fees are fair and his work is so well done! He really takes care of his clients and is sensitive towards their needs.

Warning you, DO NOT USE HIM! He will take advantage of you when you are most vulnerable. I hired him 2018 to assist with fraud on father's estate. 45k later, billing me for his mistakes. I filed bbb, bar complaint and attorney General complaint. He removed my initial w/u/review so I am posting again. Possible class A action lawsuit as others are contacting me who he screwed as well. RUN FROM HIM!!
