Joseph Fein is a consummate professional who cares about this subject matter immensely. He is a kind person with a great attitude and moral compass. In a recent interaction, I was asked to pay my annual retainer, which I promptly did, only to get a quick call back advising that the retainer had been paid early, so they were cancelling the next payment right away with an appology. As I looked back, the confusion came from the fact that an indermeinder had changed personnel, and Joe had not gotten the info. The quick correction of something that I would have likely missed is a rare circumstance these days. Joe is great!
