Gina and Shannon helped my family on closing on their first property! It was an absolute pleasure working with both of them. They helped us step by step in making sure everything went smooth. Gina and her staff came highly recommended by my co workers and I could not be happier . As a first time home buyer unfamiliar with the process of a real estate transaction her and the staff were very accommodating with all my questions , professional and friendly. We hired Gina's law office to help us buy our first home. Shannon has been phenomenal throughout the entire process. Whenever I have a question, I call Shannon immediately, and she always gets back to me within a few hours or a few days, even though I can sense they are extremely busy.

If you want to sell a property, DO NOT RETAIN THJS ATTORNEY! I lost the sale due to this law firm’s inability to assist with clearing the title to this property. Constant delays and problems remained unsolved and after an entire year, I had no choice but to cancel the sale. Gina P is looking for uncomplicated quick property sales. If she doesn’t close, neither do you!
