Poor outcome.

Not a good person.

Professional, prompt, responsive, smart, knowledgeable, understanding... everything you need in an attorney. I give a whole hearted endorsement to Chris for anyone needing an attorney.

Absolute nightmare of an experience. Christopher Brocato is not only arrogant, but unless you are interested in paying him his $300 an hour rate for work already furnished by another attorney, dont expect much help from him. While not surprising, he was so blatantly negligent and careless in his filings, it was clear that he had no idea what he was talking about. Had he taken even 15 minutes to review the case history and file he might have actually looked like he had some sort of knowledge or basic understanding of specific details that were all incorrect and made little, if any, sense.

I learned the hard way that choosing the wrong attorney can cost you 22 months out of your child's life. Luckily, Ms. Trainor was highly recommended to me and she was willing to try to pick up the pieces that I thought no Attorney would ever be able to pick up after my former Attorney made the disastrous mistake of not telling me to appear in court. If you have a child, please do the best thing for your child and retain Margaret Trainor. Please do not make the error that I made of reading AVVO reviews and looking at the number of stars each Attorney has. You need Margaret Trainor because she truly cares about children and is truly a calling to the law profession. MARGARET TRAINOR GETS IT DONE AT TRIAL well after all of the other attorneys have gone home (after taking all of your money) and completely dropped the ball on you and your child well before your trial is even scheduled to begin. Margaret Trainor is incomparable at trial strategy. Margaret has an astounding tireless work ethic. Margaret has limitless knowledge of case law. Margaret has the dedication to never give up. Margaret Trainor has the positive energy and passion to fight for justice for your child every single day no matter how long each day is or how lengthy your trial becomes. I will never forget the starting words of Ms. Trainor's closing argument that, due to the Covid 19 Caronavirus I waited a seemingly endless eternity of 20 months to finally hear: "Your Honor, this is a case of manipulation..." The closing arguments were done virtually and as I listened to Ms. Trainor speak I was able to see everyone's expressions on the computer screen simultaneously and I knew that with every additional sentence out of Ms. Trainor's mouth that my husband's heartless lies and accusations stood less and less of a chance. After an additional 2 months of waiting, I received the Judge's decision: the case against me was completely dismissed. Please, if you have a child, hire the most competent and most caring attorney out there...the more someone tries to take your child away from you by making false accusations against you, the more imperative it is that you retain Margaret Trainor.

Jason is truly a top notch lawyer who handles things firmly and efficiently. I never thought my issues would be resolved so easily but Jason made it happen. All I had to do was show up and Jason did the rest. So please don't waste your time looking into other lawyers. Jason is the best of the best and I won't be using any other lawyer again !!
