Michael is not only a great human being but he is extremely bright and learned attorney and counselor at law. In the past he was out closing attorney when my late wife had a mortgage company. Michael closed scores of deals -- a lot of deals that were complex or had many issues that quite frankly didn't know if they would make it to the finish line. He also handled my parents estate which was complex and the sale of their home which had a myriad of issues with extensions without permits fence issues, no electrical inspections etc. He cleared up a mess. There is nothing he can't do. You can trust Michael to handle your most complex of legal issues. Thank you Michael.

Mr. McCarthy was first hired to assist us with the incorporation of our business, over the years he has provided invaluable service and advise which has helped us grow our business with the confidence of having sound and practical legal advice.
