Michael Ferruggia Esq just helped me with the purchase of our dream home. His team and Mike were beyond fantastic! They made me feel confident in one of the most stressful experiences for me and my family. By listening to Mike’s advice I was able to dodge some bad deals , that without his advice would have cost my family and I time and money I feel like I had somebody on my side the whole way through the complicated process. Communication was never a problem, that was my biggest fear -but Mike and his team always responded to emails phone calls and text messages in a timely manor (FYI-I loved that they use text message’s) Can’t say enough great things about Michael and his team (we loved his employee Josephine !!!)
