Good sound advice on what he's doing on your case. His staff is great keeping you on task. He returns phone calls even after work hours, not many people does that now a days. Strongly recommend him for all your financial needs.

I don’t have any issue with Mr. Sternberg. My issue is with his legal assistant (or at least that is what I assume she is). She’s not very friendly at all. I think she forgets that people going through bankruptcy are going through a stressful time since she seems completely unable or unwilling to do anything that would make the process even slightly easier. When going through something like this, the last thing you need is someone who is short and belittling at times. And yes, if the office actually chooses to respond to this, I am a real client but using an account with a different name. My case is not closed yet and I don’t want her to make the process even worse than it already has been. If I had the money to start over again with another attorney just so I didn’t have to deal with her, I would.

Berry Sternberg is an excellent Bankruptcy Attorney. He has helped my mom a few times and other family members too. He doesn't waste your time and he doesn't drag things on forever. You get him all the information he requests from you and he makes sure you file for the right bankruptcy. Whether its chapters 7 or 11 he is the right Attorney for you. He is easy to talk to any he will answer any questions you may have. My mom has know him for years now and she trusts him 100%. I am pleased with that.

It was not an easy decision to make, but Mr Sternberg helped us realize it was the right one.
