I was driving to work in the morning and began accelerating about 4 seconds too soon while exiting a 15 mph school speed limit zone. I received a Speed In School Zone ticket and turned to Richard for help. Richard worked with the Town of Clarence District Attorney's Office to settle on a plea agreement which I found to be most generous, and the Clarence Town Justice accepted the plea agreement. The fine was minimal, and I am grateful to Richard and the Clarence Justice Department for being more than fair. My gratitude extended. Although no one likes receiving a traffic ticket, I do agree that school and construction zones should be a priority when enforcing the speed limit. I appreciate the professionalism in which the Police Officer conducted herself, and I Thank You for Your Service.
