Ashley prepared my will, health care proxy, and power of attorney following my divorce. She was very helpful in explaining and guiding me through the process. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. Ashley required me to sign my name multiple times in multiple locations, but, apparently, no more than was absolutely necessary, for which I am grateful. I would certainly recommend her for this type of legal business. Ashley also assisted in my divorce, which was handled by the same firm, and provided similar excellent service.

Ashley did an amazing job! She came into a situation that was already about a year an a half on going and pretty messy. The attorney I had before hiring Ashley didn't really do much to help me and kind of left me out to dry. When Ashley stepped in, I knew immediately that I was in good hands. She was extremely informative on what my rights are as a father and very knowledgeable on family law itself. Throughout the entire process she kept me involved and kept me in the loop on what was going on. I spoke with her almost every week just to make sure we were on the same page and also to make sure I was doing all the right things. She was there for me each step of the way, and I never felt that I was being neglected as a client or that I was being judged either. She gave me praise for my actions(reactions), when warranted, and criticism when needed as well. She never let me drop the ball and just made sure that I was doing my part as well as she was doing hers. When it came to negotiations with opposing counsel, they never stood a chance. Ashley was on top of her game the entire process and I never had to worry. In the courtroom, she showed great poise and confidence when speaking to the judge. In my case, luckily, we were able to settle and resolve all issues. I would recommend Jean Mahserjians office to anyone I know going through family court, and specifically recommend Ashley. Any request was met with critical thinking and careful decision making by analyzing and diagnosing potential issues. Words cannot describe how helpful and caring this law firm is. I was represented a few years ago in a divorce, and they did an ABSOLUTELY amazing job with a very tough situation. I needed some help with filing for custody of my daughter about 6 months ago and reached out to them and sat with Jean and she guided me through what my options were.
