I hired Mark Pallozzi when I was arrested for DWI. He took the time and reviewed 4 hours of camera footage from the policemans body camera and spotted several things they did wrong. Instead of picking a fight with the cops, he took the footage to the DAs office and convinced them to adjourn my case in contemplation of dismissal. A few months later, all the charges were dismissed and my case was over. Mark always says he tries to be nice, until he can't be nice anymore. I really appreciate what he did for me.

I hired Mr. Pallozzi to replace another attorney I didn’t think was doing enough for me. I’m not proud of it but I’ve been in trouble before. So I’ve had to hire attorneys before. My old attorney tried to rush my case through for a plea bargain that included jail time. I could NOT go to jail. I had a job, kids, a life. Marc adopted my case as if he had been involved from the beginning. He took the case through hearings, and was able to call into question how reliable the police officer was who arrested me. So much so that the DA offered me a new plea bargain that didn’t include jail time. He did what I needed. He is one of the best.

I hired Marc Pallozzi for a DWI I got in Albany County. For anyone who knows that County, you know how difficult it can be to negotiate a deal or fight the charge. Marc approached my case very differently than I would have expected. After reviewing my charges, and hearing my side of the story, the first thing he did was research the boundary map of the village I was in. I never would have expected that to be a real issue. Apparently the officer in my case pulled me over 200 meters outside of his jurisdiction, and Marc was able to articulate that to the prosecutor and Judge in such a convincing way that the DWI charge was dropped. Marc is quick-witted and thorough. If there is a defense to be found, he will find it.

Early last year I had a traffic matter in upstate NY. I heard that Mr. Pallozzi was very good at dealing with the issue I was facing. I started doing my research into him and decided I should call him to help me in the matter. and after a friendly and brief series of emails I decided to have him represent me. He was fantastic and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. In my opinion, at no time did he rush me or discount my thoughts or feelings. During a trip to to Upstate NY I had a run in with an overzealous investigator who made the next several weeks/months of my life difficult both physically and emotionally. Mr, Pallozzi was able to not only guide me through this difficult time but also provide me the with knowledge about how to address other concerns to keep me headed in the right direction. I am very grateful for his professionalism and persistence as a legal practitioner. I have refereed several of my friends to his law practice and all have had similar results/feelings. Mr. Pallozzi, himself makes you feel listened to and taken care of.

Hiring Marc was the best decision that I’ve ever made. I have never felt more completely taken care of by anyone. Marc’s personal approach was exactly what I needed. Hands down the best. This review doesn’t do justice to how well Marc handles justice.
