They got back to me quickly. They were honest with me. They made me feel very confident that they would be the best people to help me.

I had my will and testament documents prepared by a lawyer that has since passed at this firm. Unfortunately, there were errors in the original documents (my own name spelled incorrectly and also another individual’s name spelled incorrectly) and miscellaneous errors within the documents that I chose to ignore since the latter would not likely have affected the legal outcome of the documents. However it was in the least, annoying to have a legal document that I paid for prepared in this manner. After the passing of the lawyer, I reached out to Steven to have him change the errors and also prepare changes for an updated will and testament, assuming that because I had initially invested in their firm that the updates would be easier and less expensive then starting afresh. The communication has lagged for months. Out of the numerous emails and phone calls I have made, Steven has returned my call one time. I am continually told by the receptionist that he will get back to me but that hasn’t been the case. It is more than frustrating to have to pay for an entirely new will and testament elsewhere when I had already invested in this firm but at this point I have no choice. Finally became very upset and told the receptionist as such, who, instead of trying to help, made matters worse. Gives the impression as a firm that doesn’t care and not concerned with doing the right thing. Recommend starting your search elsewhere.

Sarasohn asso.have been in Commack forever .They take the time to really listen and understand your peticular needs then with extraordinary professionalism set out and find solutions to your problems that you can live with .Nothing is ever rushed .They have an incredible ability to handle sensitive situations ,weather their working with the elderly , disabled or despondent. The experience was that they aren't all about the money.Starting from their founder Floyd Sarasohn esq. Stephen Sarasohn esq., now taking over the family reigns, the other injury lawyers and in my case Karen Flanzenbaum esq.they really went into the profession to help people who can not do it for themselves .They are also suggested by social workers such as at Northwell Health ,Dolan Center and from many other professionals I've heard about their good deeds from .They helped me solve my problems and I have no doubt they will solve yours .

Have nothing but great things to say about this firm and it's great teams. I've known them and some members of the firm professionally (socially /"family") for over forty years and they always come through. If its adoption or personal injuries, theses are the guys you need to see.
