Hornberger Verbitsky, P.C. is the epitome of how a Law Firm should practice Divorce & Family Law. I had gone through 2 divorce lawyers before I met Robert Hornberger, Esq. through a recommendation from a friend. Rob not only is extremely knowledgeable of the Law BUT sets the precedent for those that practice Divorce & Family Law!

A couple of issues I came across when I tried to engage this firm and wanted to put out there. 1- On their website, there is an option to fill a form to be contacted. I did and nobody called or reached out. A couple of days later I called myself and was told I did the right thing by calling them instead... why the form and option on the website then??? 2- They advertise a free consultation. Well, when I talked to the person who answered the phone it became clear that you would only get the free consultation if you agree to sign up for their services and put in a retainer... really? in my book that's false advertising. An attorney should be most familiar with that, no?

Mr. Robert Hornberger is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney that they can trust. You will get the information you need to make important decisions for yourself and family. Highly recommend!!

I’ve known Christine & Robert for over 4 years now. Christine helped me navigate through the most awful time of my life in court with my Ex while my children were extremely young. I felt so comfortable having her by my side helping me fight for what was best for my babies ! Unfortunately a few years later (recently) my ex decided to take me back to re arrange the custody schedule & re visit support. This time around Robert represented me . I felt very confidant with having him by my side . He is a shark & went to bat for me !!!! Dealing with something like this can create so much anxiety but I’ve felt very comfortable knowing I have this duo by my side . When it comes to your children you want the absolute best for them. I will forever be grateful for Robert & Christine & all of their knowledge when it comes to custody & support !!

If I can leave a no star I would. My experience with this firm is the worst. They take your money and don't represent your best interest. I spent over 20 thousand to represent me for a family case where my rights was violated, but because I'm a male the laws does not apply the same. I thought by hiring a law firm I would get help but instead their incompetence prevails. Now they would like to drop me as a client before my trial because I refuse to pay them anymore. Robert Hornberger is taking advantage of me.
