After a few real estate closings, I used Patty for the first time recently and this last one was by far the simplest and quickest. Multiple parties at the closing even commented on how they had never been to one that easy, and with no snags whatsoever. For anything Orange County Real Estate related I would recommend no one but Patty Cocchia. She also took great care of another referral I had made previously, and they were extremely pleased with the whole process.

We hired Patricia Cocchia to represent us for a property tax matter. Our petition was thrown out of court due to lack of filling the correct paperwork. It was surreal . I give Patty a 4 Star Rating!! She is in opinion the best Real Estate attorney in Orange County. My mom had a closing several years ago with another attorney who I will not name here, that screwed up the closing so bad that 40K of my mom's money was held in escrow for months. I contacted Patty and within a month my mom received back the money that was rightfully hers. She has handled three of my own real estate deals and she is always on top of everything and always has her client's backs. I highly recommend Patty to anyone!!
