We hired Patricia Cocchia to represent us for a property tax matter. Our petition was thrown out of court due to lack of filling the correct paperwork. It was surreal . Patricia Cocchia’s reply was that she had never filed before and it was never a problem. Please save yourself from headaches and stress and find a true professional lawyer. I don’t wish this nightmare on anyone.
