Dealt with this attorney only one time. he contacted me in regards to a subject that i did not handle, asking me to take action in that I could not. When he was told no he became aggressive and vulgar, he began to swear at me on the phone until i had to hang up on him. Not professional in the least.

This man is not even worth the time. Pomeroy is the worst lawyer in this town, maybe even the country. He is disrespectful and does not even listen to what you have to say. He made fun of my family member and has a terrible attitude. I would most definitely not recommend Pomeroy as some one you should trust to defend you in law.
