I utilized Ms. Sugarman in the purchase of a condo and the selling of another condo. In short, Ms. Sugarman missed a key point in the management of these two contracts and neglected to read an important document handed over to her, which she promised to do and was key to the selling and purchase. This cost me more in the end. Ms. Sugarman also will rarely get to you personally by phone. In my lifetime of utilizing superb attorneys in everyday matters, never have I experienced an attorney protecting herself more than the client.
