Mr Dwan, My son needed a lawyer. Mr. Dwan was referred to my son for criminal matters. My son myself and my father had a consultation with Michael pertaining to my sons situation. I am close to NYC and our way to Niagara Falls received an unfair traffic ticket and my nephew was the driver.I found Lawyer Dwan Counter and decided to contact him and he was able to get my ticket reduced from a speeding ticket to $50.00 parking ticket.
