I am an attorney and just completed a transaction on which Ramon represented the opposing party. We had a last-minute problem that could have created a lot of difficulty, but instead Ramon was pleasant, good-humored and practical. This enabled us to close the deal smoothly, with everyone's interests adequately protected. It was a pleasure to have opposing counsel who was a partner, rather than an adversary.
