DO NOT TRUST RAMON MARTINEZ AND HIS FIRM.. The reason why this guy doesn't have all the negative reviews he desolve is because when you give him a negative review base on a bad experience you had, he sends you a letter telling you that he is going to sue you for the negative review to intimidate you to remove it.. How can you trust someone like that?? If you need a lawyer, I'll suggest you keep looking.

Worst experience ever....I have lost the house of my dreams because of the horrable representation of Ramon Martinez...if ur reading this review,please be advised that this lawyer is definitely overrated (think it twice there are a lot of better options out there).......quick update,now Martinez it sending me letters saying that he is going to sue me for defamation because I decided to tell my story. U should be ashamed of ur unprofessionalism MR Martinez. Good luck.

Supposed to be a good lawyer in Real estate. I hired him to representing me in my first house buying. Everything was good til he found out that I had signed a disclosure form with another broker which wasn't his friend Eric from Cruz network.i didn't know nothing about exclusive broker. I just want someone to help me to get the house of my dreams.he called the attorney seller saying that if they sell the house to me through another broker he is going to demand them bc I signed a contract with Cruz network and he has it. Which is not true I never sing anything to them not even know where is their office I meet the broker at my job. But she and Martinez killed the deal. all their care was about the comisión. Not to help me to get the house. At the end he wasn't that honest like I thought. And bc he liar they didn't sell the house to me. I loss 500$ for inspection and the house. Thanks to Martinez.
