Yo lo recomiendo a todas las personas que necesiten ayuda legal.es un abogado excelente. If I could give zero stars I would. Lack of communication, failure to review medical records resulting in unfavorable decision. Had to constantly call to try and speak with attorney which is a rare occasion unless you speak with a WC advocate to force him to answer a call. He is dishonest, refused to file hearing because he is well aware, I can articulate to a judge and get approvals as I had done before on my own behalf. Did not file appeal as of yet and he received the decision in January. Paralegals are shady, dishonest and in cahoots with the King of Narcissism. I have no doubt these rave reviews are from friends. I found this man to be a fraud. He definitely is being reported to the Bar Association, and Supreme Court Appellate Division. He will not get a dime of the fee for service he already requested but has not earned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This law firm is a circus ran by a CLOWN! I prove my case as I stated the Attorney is incompetent and no one should ever use this firm. That response you just posted is the smoking gun. He just violated my confidentiality by discussing not only my active case but my medical history which is a CLEAR violation of my HIPAA. The doctor office you mentioned is not credible as determined by the board and from your breach of confidentiality on a public forum not only are you not credible but unprofessional as well. The Bar and the Appellate Division will be hearing about this. You DO NOT have my consent or authority to discuss my case in an open forum.

I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case i thank the law office of Edmond J. Hakimian for there great work and great communication trew this whole process i would highly recommend them thank you.
