I hired Thomas Crouch to handle the sale of my family home and the purchase of a co-op. Thomas expertly handled both transactions which included communicating with a divorced spouse, working with several attorneys and an owner living across the county and dealing with an inexperienced client (me) who did not have a real estate agent. He was always available to answer my questions and he worked tirelessly to complete both transactions as quickly as possible. Thomas did an outstanding job and I am happy to recommend him.

I hired Thomas to facilitate the purchase of a house in Hampton Bays NY using a VA home loan. Anytime there was an issue Thomas took care of it quickly and communicated what needed to happen, this was my first time buying a home and he took the time to answer the many questions I had about the process whenever they came up.
