Elaine skillfully and efficiently managed my parent's house closing. Even prepared a "may not be needed" contingency that turned into a vital requirement 1/2 way through the day of closing when the bank changed its mind about how they wanted to structure the sale. Likely saved us days of regrouping. Highly recommended.
