Rob Schneider is my attorney for a Worker’s Compensation case for my wife. My wife passed away two years ago and Rob continued to keep me updated and provide valuable information for our case. He was always accessible. He was very familiar with the appropriate law, how it applied to our case and also, it was up-to-date on other cases in the court of appeals, which would have an impact on our case. Overall. Rob has done an outstanding job for my wife. Any other attorneys the firm had assigned to my wife’s case were awesome , very knowledgeable, and were up-to-date on developments . The firm’s paralegal, James Rand was terrific. My wife and I were very impressed with James follow up any questions that we had. He was always able to contact the appropriate attorney to get us answers to your questions or have the attorney. Call us back if it was necessary. To summarize. I I feel the firm did an outstanding job for us.

I see they took out my review. They didn't help me when I tried to file for workers compensation in 2020. They said since I didn't test positive for covid I could qualify for workers compensation. I got sick during April 2020. Tests were available after I was not as sick. I was out for 8 weeks. The lawyer was very nasty and rude on the phone.

Originally I started using Fine, Olin & Anderman's services from advice of my Union several years ago. They ended up handling a few Worker Comp cases of mine over the past 25 years. After requesting their services again recently because of an injury on the job one of their attorneys contacted me and asked if I ever considered applying for SS disability. I told them that I had not. My last injury forced me to retire early. The attorney stated that based on my permanent injuries she believed I had a good case. During the next year or so I had dealt with a few attorneys, and another employee James Rand, who basically was my go to guy. If I had any questions about any of the paper work, medical examinations, or just concerns about my case, Mr. Rand would put me at ease with the information that I needed or he would direct me to the correct department and have them call me back. Somebody would always get back to me in a timely manner either way...Unlike some of these other companies I have dealt with. I am very satisfied with this law firm and won't hesitate to use them in them in the future. They have always steered me in the right direction. Thanks Again, T
