I was selling my home in NY, and per my real estate agent's recommendation, I hired Ross, a Real Estate Attorney in Long Island. I didn't have plans to hire an attorney but after speaking with him -I did. I was a little hesitant, because I had a negative pre-conceived ideas about attorneys. As things were getting more and more complicated coordinating out-of-state move and calculating the closing, Ross suggested doing a "power of attorney" so i could move and he would handle the closing. I agreed because the closing was like a week or two later. I like to be totally "in control" of everything I do, so that was a hard decision to make. I moved to Colorado and month after month, the closing got delayed, problematic and delayed even more. For a while I didn't think it was going to happen and I was stressed out. Ross fought for me! He was there for me day, night and weekends. He always answered my call or texted me back. This attorney has a huge hear, he really cares, he's funny, and he's very REACHABLE. He proved me so wrong in EVERY way. Thank God I hired him because my closing became a real nightmare and he was there to help and assure me 100% until the closing hour; 3 months later. I highly recommend him to everyone doing a real estate transaction. He was a BLESSING to me. I don't know what I would have done without him. Thank you Ross-YOU ROCK!

Ross is not only a absolutely amazing person but he is a genius level attorney. He will NOT let anyone or any company take advantage of you or play around. He's been my entertainment lawyer for 10 years doing music contracts for me. Recently I reached out to him to be my real estate attorney as I was about to purchase a property. The process turned into a complete nightmare as the Bank was trying to get out of the deal and thank GOD Ross was there to protect me. We ended up closing and I got the best deal possible because of Ross's Iron fist.
