December 13, 2021. Like many people, an automotive vehicle accident impacted me. My review describes how Alexander & Associates was there to help. My review details my interaction with Alexander & Associates, emphasizing the positive impression about the quality of services provide by Alexander & Associates. I am speaking only in my situation. My opinions are my own. Here is the gist of my situation. Unfortunately, my vehicle was one of two vehicles struck by a negligent driver. My numerous attempts in working with the driver’s insurance company came to a standstill almost as immediately as the process began. I do not recall any specific names of firms I contacted because I quickly called so many of them. I am in no way suggesting other attorneys are less supportive. On the contrary, helping a victim like me would have only wasted valuable resources, namely economic, time, energy, and effort. It is an opportunity cost. However, Alexander & Associates returned my call and guided me through this process. Mr. Alexander researched the necessary information I needed to complete my insurance claim. Further, he guided me on how I could communicate with the insurance company to address the issue. It was more than what I would have expected from anyone assisting me. I was already appreciative when he took time from his schedule to explain my situation to me. However, I did not expect the time and effort he would allocate to assist me with overcoming my situation. Mr. Alexander empathically listened and spoke calmly when he objectively explained to me the nature of my situation. I also recalled he reasoned sharply and synthesizes information quickly. I particularly appreciated that he assessed my situation aloud to offer me a clearer picture of my circumstances. I also felt he attempted to put himself in my shoes to empathically assist me through this process. Not once did he make me feel rushed when I explained my situation to him while under great stress. Mr. Alexander responded to every question and concern on the spot when we spoke on the phone. When I left a voicemail, he returned my call within a few hours. Mr. Alexander’s positive attitude and commitment to his client’s needs is exceptional. I have two regrets. I fear the impact of this review will come slower than did the assistance Mr. Alexander provided. It was as though his support came quicker than the passage of time. I would definitely recommend them the turn around time on my case was pretty quick

We were offered a minimal amount, but James Alexander not only fought for us, we received a settlement 6 times the offer. Very professional, accommodating, persistent, and caring.

Mr. Alexander was extremely attentive and considerate for me and my case. He was upfront and willing to do anything necessary to make sure my wife and I were happy with where the case was going.
