Worked with Carol Zenzel as a Realtor with a mutual client. She and her staff were proactive and professional in performing the legal aspects of the transaction. Communication was timely and thorough. There were no surprises or misunderstandings at closing. All parties to the transaction felt their interests were represented and respected. DON'T use Carol for a lawyer if you actually want something done within a reasonable time frame. We had a sighned purchase offer in the middle of July and STILL (Sept 20) don't have a closing date soley because of her. She treats you like number on a piece of paper and has no consideration that she is affecting your LIFE.
