Alexandra and Catalono was the best decision our family ever made! Peter Catalono helped us out more than we would ever had known before he went to bat for us. They know their stuff and are on top of everything. There is always great communication with them. I was able to send an email whatever time of day and I always got a prompt response. I definitely would recommend anyone in an automotive or work related injury to call their team first. We can't thank them enough for all the help they provided us! Thank you Peter Catalono!

Great staff. Peter Addonizio was very helpful and made sure everything being done was understood by me. Case was handled and settled very quickly. Made sure everything on his end was done before we even spoke on the phone or met in person. Always called back or replied to my emails quickly. 10/10 would recommend to anybody. No one is better

This firm sent a request of coverage to the driver that hit my car insurance company. The policy was 25,000/ 50,000 the lowest coverage allowed on a vehicle. Within a week they sent me a letter saying they will not be representing my case. No reason why, no courtesy call. Very unprofessional. Double standards I cannot come out my retainer agreement without your company still getting 33.3% but your company can dispose of clients with no explanation. Now its hard to find another lawyer in Syracuse because no lawyer wants a case that already had another lawyer on the case. But who cares.

James Alexander went above and beyond anything I expected when he handled my case. He kept me updated every step of the way. He returned my calls promplty, and genuinely cared about my needs.
