Medical malpractice is so scary to take on. I did not truly know what to do and reached out to DeFrancisco & Falgiatano to get some solid advice. Our little angel was born prematurely and transferred to the NICU immediately. He was connected to a machine that would help him breathe properly until he was able to do so on his own. Because the negligence of the staff monitoring him allowed the machine to burn his tiny little nose he has permanent damage. This will leave him deformed even after the plastic surgery he will have to have later in life. We are distraught and all we have to console ourselves is that our little boy is alive and we have DeFrancisco & Falgiatano fighting (and winning) for us.
