They are great. Started my workers comp case with a different lawyer and fired him. Went to see Chris Falconetti of Bangel, Cohen and Falconetti and let me tell you that the service and knowledge was night and day. I felt like I was treated as family not as a client. I am extremely disappointed in this law firm. They continually " loose paperwork" or never "receive it". The receptionists are extremely rude, and will put you on hold with out telling you. The only time the lawyer ever called me was after I got another lawyer. then they call me 2x a day to come back to them. What scum.

It’s a great relief to know that I can rely and depend on a knowledgeable law firm to help when I need one. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who's looking for Workers’ Compensation Attorneys. I find this firm to be the best in New York area, because they go beyond my expectation to win my case.

i have to agree with the other reviewers here. had a very negative experience. had a simple case but very unhappy. they didnt personally represent me. had some girl in a t-shirt rep me at the hearing that knew nothing about my case. lost a lot of money for nothin. lawyers never return the calls

Alexander represented me in 2010 in a personal injury case. Through the entire matter I had a feeling as if I was his only client. He was on top of everything. Mr. Roytbalt represented me in 2010-2011 in a case which invloved unlowfull arrest by NYPD and subsequent personal injury. He was very responsive, he was always very inloved in the case. He returned calls/e-mails the same day, sometimes within minutes. I always had a feeling as if I was his only client. I felt confident that my case is represented by a knowledgeable lawyer. From the beginning of our first meeting, he was relentless in pursuing the matter until final results. My case involved a lot of phone calls and document research. Since it was a labor dispute case, it also involved the city. He was able to get agencies to furnish those documents as well as the employer in question. We felt very confident with his service. We were turned down by other attorneys who did not want to do the "legwork" into our case. But Mr. Roytblat is indeed a rare one in his profession.
