worst experience ever. nobody tells you anything about your case. they are nice when they sign you up and then you never hear from them again.

Recommendation: If filing a workers' comp case in NY, sign-up for ECase. You can follow what all parties involved in your case are submitting to Workers Comp.

These people are consummate professionals, with an emphasis on Yadira Cepeda!!!!! Except no substitute.

Very good experience They are professional willing to do what it takes to get the job done . What some people don’t understand is what it takes dealing with insurance companies and people from all walks . The amount of work patience and tolerance that goes into daily operation so I commend all paralegals as well as attorneys at Bangel Cohen and Flaconetti for the work they put in for the clients. Once the final decision came for our workers comp case, the lawyer or anyone from the office never called to explain what happened. We got a n official letter from workers comp and that was it, never heard from anyone again despite requesting call backs.

Wonderful communication excellent service they genuinely care, absolute heavy hitting lawyers I was very unfairly treated by the company I worked for and Bangel Cohen Falconetti have fought tooth and nail and Yadira Cepeda is awesome and is such a sweetheart she has explained everything to me and has been very helpful as I'm young to this process I unfortunately had a very life-changing fall on an Illegal ladder and am 25 and it was tried to be swept under the rug and will never chase my children again and this firm has been fighting for what's right and I am very grateful to have them in my corner many thanks to Yadira Cepeda and Bangel Cohen and Falconetti family and Chris Falconetti and Steve Cohen and Yadira Cepeda especially thank you guys so much again! highly recommend.

I wish I could give them a 0 Star review. I had a case for workers comp and the lawyers are so rude, they never want to do their job. I had to cancel their services because they suck so bad. I would never recommend them for anything. They act very ghetto and unprofessional.

Good lawyers.

After speaking with 3 immigration lawyers and getting negative feedback in regards to my immigration case, i visited mr Scarpati in his office through a free consultation and we began to discuss my case thoroughly and the possibilites of the outcome whether negative or positive. No other lawyer wanted to take my case because it would have to be rushed due to a limited time frame and they didnt believe i had a winning case but Mr Scarpati broke everything down to me in a proffesional manner and backed up with facts. I hired him that same night and he began working on my case as soon as i left. His services were not cheap but in the end they were worth it. In less than 3 days we had filed an appeal to the immigrations office for my citizenship which was denied the first time. He was able to get me another interview with immigration in 4 months if i recall correctly and in 3 months after that 2nd interview that mr Scarpati secured for me, i got a letter saying i was accepted to attend the sworn in ceremony. I truly believe no other lawyer could have done for me what mr Scarpati was able to do. Like i mentioned it wasnt cheap but my future depended on it if i hadnt gone through with him i truly belive i would not be a US citizen today. I sincerely do recommend his services hes very knowledgeable and people seem to know him in the immigration office as i believe he mentiones he has over 10 years of experience. I would highly reccomend him as your lawyer my future was in his hands and anytime someone asks me about my immigration process i say it was all thanks to mr Scarpati

This guy is nothing but a liar, unprofessional, and thief! He tells you what any person going through an immigration case WANTS to hear. It's an excuse after excuse situation with this guy. I'm spending MY LIFE savings on this case and in return I'm getting excuses on why my case is frequently being delayed and why things aren't getting done! I DO NOT recommend this lawyer, Anthony Scarpati, to anyone. I will be working with a new lawyer and for the benefit to everyone I pray that this review is shown to prevent future dissapointments and mishappens with any client going through any legal situations.
