I am writing this review to express my most sincere thanks for my paralegal, Maxine who provides the most courteous and professional representation for me. The whole firm has stuck by me through the years in dealing with this very stressful case. I admire their composure, work ethic and most of all excellent representation. Even though my case is not finished I am very satisfied with my results thus far.

I have seen positive and negative reviews as it relates to different cases. so far I just started me case, I was a bit nervous but I'm impressed. Alfredo is very interactive, committed and thorough and as a result of this, I'm very optimistic about the outcome.

I have only good things to say about this firm. From day one, they have been attentive and get back to you quickly. (For me, a firm getting back to a client is at the top of my list. That is why I’m no longer with my previous firm.) The team is amazing, but I need to give a special shoutout to my paralegal Brenda Nino. She truly is exceptional and always there when needed, making you feel like you matter. Brenda, as I always say, “I truly appreciate all that you do for me.” You truly rock.

Tried working with this firm for a period of 9 months. They failed on every occasion. These consistent failures were of huge consequences to me. First off, my workers comp continuously got cut back, and never once did help to stop or even slow it. Never once did they ever get a hearing set up, even tho I begged for 5 months. Never were they able to get my second surgery set up (as I need a second surgery because I can’t turn my right hand as a result from my first surgery). The communication wasn’t good as getting them to call me back felt impossible. And strangely, the times I could get them to call me back I always got incredibly vague responses regarding my questions and trying to find out if anything had been done. Please protect yourself and find a better legal group.

Valeria my paralegal is outstanding in her efforts to get treatment protocols established no matter the deterrents. She stands by her injured clients. Valeria and Yadira are exemplary professionals whom care about the injured worker. David Bangel and Steven Cohen treat injured workers as human beings not just clients. This firm does listen, takes action and instills compassion on injured workers. I highly recommend this firm.
